Cozy Easter Bunny in Overalls – Free Crochet Pattern – Crochet

Crochet toys always seem to carry a little extra charm, don’t they? This bunny in cheerful overalls is no exception. He’s soft, cuddly, and dressed in bright little pants that make him look ready for playtime.

This project is perfect for anyone who enjoys amigurumi, whether you’re just starting or have a basket full of finished toys at home. The construction is straightforward: you’ll work up the legs first, join them into a sturdy little body, then add the head, arms, and long floppy ears. The overalls are crocheted directly onto the body, so there’s no fiddly clothing to sew later.

I love that you can customize this bunny endlessly. Keep him classic in red overalls (like mine), switch to denim blue for a “farmer feel,” or try pastel shades for Easter gifts. He’d also make a lovely baby shower present or a handmade keepsake for any child who loves soft toys.

So grab your yarn and hook, settle into a comfy spot, and let’s bring this bunny to life.
